Any verbal or written correspondence regarding working averages are only approximations and not binding on Jskcomputers since loads are ever changing. These percentages vary greatly-especially on LTL purchases-and should be treated accordingly. All manifests (if available) that are given are approximate and done to the best of our ability. Shortages can and do occur. We offer credit on future purchases only for 50% of a next order; no refunds, no exchanges all sales final. Based on Jskcomputers customers we usually have high yields of working on all of its merchandise but loads are ever changing so merchandise is sold without warranty, Merchantability and untested unless stated otherwise. All sales are final. We require a 50% deposit to hold any merchandise. Any cancellation will result in a 45% restocking fee. Jskcomputers is a liquidator who specializes in the acquisition of customer returns, salvage, off lease and other types of distressed merchandise. Therefore our products are AS IS….where is NO warranty, NO guarantees, and all sales final. It is impossible for Jskcomputers LLC to know the working condition and/or function ability (including the knowledge of all subcomponents and accessories).
In order to provide you with department store returns at prices below cost, certain restrictions on sales must be met. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all these conditions are met, failure to do so could result in severe fines being imposed, usually well above the cost of the actual merchandise being bought and sold. If buyer is not ultimate re-seller, therefore it is their responsibility to ensure that their customer complies with these conditions. Jskcomputers LLC does not care if you are a Broker, but please note that your customer….is your customer, and is your responsibility to take care of their demands, not Jskcomputers LLC. Due to private policy, we do not discuss any transactions unless you are the party invoiced, unless prior consent has been prior arranged, and signed by all parties.
Buyer must remove or deface any identifying marks (tags, labels, price stickers, etc.) from the product that may be traced back to the store from which it was purchased. Buyer may not advertise any store names or store brands anywhere-this restriction includes auction listings. Upon payment customers agree to these terms. Jskcomputers LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any product, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our merchandise (customer returns, surplus, display models, corporate off lease, and salvage) can be damaged, defective, or broken. Buyer may not return any of our products for refund, exchange, or otherwise. Merchandise is sold as is untested condition unless stated on invoice. In all overseas and international shipping…..Jskcomputers LLC does not assume any responsibility once cargo has left the loading facility (including Dock, and shipping/loading areas). Customers can certainly use their own forwarding agents, or choose to use the one we provide……BUT it is the customers sole responsibility to make sure that there is a representing party available at destination to accept these goods, in all regards……Jskcomputers LLC does not accept returns, therefore No containers will be taken in return to Jskcomputers LLC. With liquidation there is assumed risk, and one should consider their financial status, experience and overall know how of liquidated merchandise……not all loads are the golden goose and sometimes testing, part swapping and mix and match and various sales techniques may be needed to sell certain loads, since all loads are ever changing. Please considers this before buying from our company……we are a serious company/seller and our looking only to do business with serious buyers.
